Pierce College South of Mall

About This Project

The South of Mall project consisted of the modernization of several buildings on the Pierce College campus, namely Music, Business Education, Fine Arts, Faculty Offices, and the Performing Arts Building. As part of the City of Los Angeles’ bond program, the renovation work involved upgrades to audio-visual, electrical, and mechanical systems; green technology; and the removal of barriers for the disabled.
