About This Project

Within the project site, a utilities easement runs diagonally across the property, bisecting it into two triangular shaped sections creating interesting site conditions. Two building masses were created within these sections, housing eighty-five units of two, three and four-bedroom dwelling units with single loaded corridors. The corridors face directly into several garden courtyards, each with a distinct function. A parking garage is located on the northwestern portion of the site, which allows for a large, on-grade, fully landscaped common open space and a building mass that is scaled to street level. The “inward facing” buildings provide a safe environment for residents to enjoy courtyard-style living. Numerous amenities, including a learning center, private balconies and decks, are distributed throughout the project
