About This Project

Huntington Square is a thoughtfully designed, 100% affordable apartment community serving low-income seniors and formerly homeless senior veterans. Featuring 48 units—including studios, one-bedrooms, and a two-bedroom manager’s unit—the development offers a wide range of amenities to promote wellness and community engagement. In addition to a computer room, a fitness center, laundry facilities and dedicated case management offices, residents’ homes are situated around a lushly landscaped central courtyard and community building, offering a full kitchen, full-height glazed views of the courtyard, and a variety of areas for seating, programmed activities and casual. Services will be provided by ACOF, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, and the Department of Veteran Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
