About This Project

Peak Plaza Apartments is a 104-unit, 100% Affordable housing project. The 7-story building located in the Fashion District, south of Downtown LA, consists of two community rooms, supportive services, laundry rooms, toddler play area, a dog run, a vegetable garden and other residential amenities. The project also provides basement parking for residential use. The building mass takes cues from the site – responding to Washington Boulevard with a more commercial nature at the ground level, while being setback at the entrance points to create a more pedestrian friendly approach. A double-height common space at the facade to the North-East provides spanning vistas of downtown LA and the mountains. The project provides a mix of studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and 3-bedrooms.
