Woodlake Family Apartments

About This Project

Woodlake Family Apartments, located in Los Angeles suburb of Woodland Hills, provides 90 new housing units of low-income housing with 27 of these being supportive housing units. The project program includes on-site supportive services, resident common spaces, and a series of visually connected courtyards and open spaces dispersed throughout all levels of the project. Woodlake Family Apartments has been recently recognized by the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office for taking advantage of the recently authorized Executive Directive No.1 (ED1), accelerating the approvals process timeline of the project. Additionally, Woodlake Family Apartments is pursuing LEED Gold Certification. The project is currently under construction, and is scheduled to open in January 2026.
