Nov 2015 Wax Paper Arrives In Frogtown
The gourmet sandwich chefs, Lauren and Peter Lemos, brought their culinary talents to Frogtown—and specifically to the BLOX campus, by providing a commissary of sorts to its resident creatives via a custom-made café/deli designed by FSY Architects. The chefs had always dreamed of having their own sandwich shop someday, but with one small caveat—the shop needed to be very small. This made for a simple business model and easy clean-up they said. FSY’s savvy team were happy to design the perfect deli, that serves not only the Blox, but the greater river community, drawing a consistent stream of pedestrian and community traffic throughout the deli’s opening hours.
