Seeley Lofts

About This Project

The proposed building incorporates 26 loft style units for residential use, complementing the existing creative campus uses at the Seeley Studios. The new building takes cues from the existing historically-significant Seeley’s building, which was previously renovated for

adaptive reuse, and adapts these cues to a more contemporary vocabulary. The proposed building takes a prominent stance at the entrance to the City of Glendale. The site planning incorporates green natural interaction spaces, and varied outdoor spaces, promoting a healthy lifestyle and communal activities.
