About This Project

The Pointe on La Brea is a 50-unit 100% affordable Permanent Supportive Housing development. The dense 5-story building is comprised of 49 studio units and a manager’s unit. Located on an urban infill site along La Brea Blvd in the City of Los Angeles, the building is designed in response to its urban setting with innovative design features, secure – yet welcoming, site planning, and a pedestrian-friendly streetscape. Project amenities include balconies, an intimate at-grade courtyard, a community room, and a well landscaped roof deck for residents’ use. The building is designed utilizing universal design principles. Units feature open plans, as well as an ample amount of natural light and cross ventilation.
