About This Project

The proposed development is a 100% Affordable permanent supportive housing project. The project seeks to foster a larger supportive community environment with the adjacent Silver Star Apartments (existing). Conceptually, the project density and yard setbacks aide in providing a larger, more robust courtyard to encourage interaction and socialization between residents. The 4-story apartment building wraps around a central courtyard, creating a C-shape building mass with communal spaces running along West Blvd. on the ground floor.
