About This Project

The Pointe on Vermont, a mixed-use development, is envisioned to become a cornerstone and energizing
catalyst for redevelopment along Vermont Avenue. The project program includes 50 units of affordable housing (50% for special needs homeless) in three levels over commercial space at ground level along Vermont Avenue. Included within the ground-level community benefitspace, a recording studio will provide opportunities for artist youth development and a corner café will create a community gathering space. Resident amenities include a community room, learning center, yoga studio, gym, and roof deck with striking city views. The project is aiming for LEED Gold certification and incorporates natural daylighting and ventilation into each resident unit via a central landscaped courtyard.
